Logo development for Craft Brewery
Craft Brewery «Alexandr Rozum», Stavropol, Russia, brews limited amount of beer. The ecofriendly brewery targets beer aficionados.
Task: to design a logo in style of “linear graphics” to represent the following values: individuality, precision, uniqueness, innovation and a love for adventures.
A Concept Design of a Label for Beer Bottle and Beer Mug
Requirements:
The Logo will be placed in labels, stickers, outside advertising and packaging.
The Logo has to be designed as a coat of arms and contain elements to underline the tradition of craft brewery based on natural ingredients including grain, water and hop. It is important to mention that beer is handmade with love and soul.
I offered 20 design sketches done in traditional and innovative style. The client has chosen the innovative solution.
I also created a slogan: “The head brews well”
The slogan has several meanings:
- Drink beer to get happy and tipsy but still keep clear mind. The head brews well!
- The founder of the company is Alexander Rozum. He is a very innovative and creative businessman. His family name means clever mind. The head brews well!
In this way I came up with an idea of head in the form of a barrel with ideas, beer and taste for life.
